By downloading or using InstantGC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users, including free trial, basic, Pro, and Investor subscribers.
InstantGC is a mobile application that uses AI to generate renovation cost estimates from property photos. Estimates are intended as a starting point for due diligence — they are not professional appraisals, contractor bids, or guarantees of actual renovation costs.
All cost estimates generated by InstantGC are AI-generated approximations based on photo analysis and regional pricing data. Actual renovation costs vary significantly based on contractor rates, material prices, site conditions, and scope changes. Do not rely solely on InstantGC estimates to make financial decisions. Always obtain professional contractor bids before proceeding with a renovation or purchase.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use InstantGC to estimate properties you do not have permission to photograph. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
You agree not to:
InstantGC offers free trial, basic, Pro, and Investor subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple's terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
InstantGC and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by InstantGC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any photos or property data you upload. By uploading content, you grant InstantGC a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your estimates.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF ESTIMATES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTANTGC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON COST ESTIMATES.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
